Millicent Walker, 115, of Thurmond, West Virginia, passed on October 31, 2016. Millicent was born on February 14, 1902. A resided in Thurmond her whole life. The Walker family were well known and respected throughout the community, long standing members of Thormund since the town establishment in the early 1900s, Known as Granny Walker throughout town and connected well with her community, Miss Walker leaves behind several nieces and nephews from her two sisters. Thormund will miss the Walker family deeply.
