Mildred Marie LowryADAMS, TN: Mildred Marie Lowry, 88, of Adams, TN and formerly of Adamsville, died peacefully at 9:00 am, Sunday, October 11, 2015 at her residence.She was born on February 7, 1927 in Crooksville, OH the daughter of Warren A. Holmes and Lillie M. Newlon Holmes.Mildred was a homemaker and former member New Hope Lutheran Church in Adamsville. She was an avid Nascar Fan, enjoyed Reading, collecting Knick Knacks, gardening and flowers. She is survived by ten children, Gary (Barbara) Lowry, Betty (Rick) Farmer, Marilyn Haynes, Ruth (Stan) Hastings, Deborah Riggs, Donna (Terry) Shuley, Linda (Stan) Pride, Janice (Dave) Swan, Richard (Johanna) Lowry and Darren Lowry; 20 plus grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Mildred was preceded in death in addition to her parents by her husband, George Lowry; a son, John Lowry; and several brothers and sisters.Friends may call 2 to 4 PM & 6 to 8 PM on Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at the Bryan & Hardwick Funeral Home, 2318 Maple Ave. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, October 15, 2015 at the New Hope Lutheran Church, 7025 Otsego Road, Adamsville Ohio 43802 with Pastor Mary Molnar officiating.
