Michael Glenn "Mike" Martin1950-2017Mike Martin, 67, of Pensacola, FL passed away on Sun., Oct. 29, 2017. He was born on March 22, 1950 to the late Wallace and Mildred Martin in Tallahassee, FL. Mike worked for the New York Times in the Information Systems Dept. in Gainesville, Lakeland and Sarasota, FL where he retired. He was later a tax preparer for the elderly. He enjoyed his family and fishing. He is preceded in death by his wife, Rebecca Steele Martin (07/24/2016); parents; and nephew, Tony Martin, Jr. Mike is survived by his four siblings, W. Anthony "Tony" Martin, Teresa E. Martin, Brenda Martin (Wayne) Freeman and Susan Martin (Joseph "Joe") Limpert; nieces and nephews, Alisha Martin, Eric (Emily) Freeman, Grant Martin, Angela Freeman, Joseph M Limpert and Michael Limpert; great nephew, Curren Martin; and great niece, Sula Martin. Funeral services will be held at 1:30PM on Thurs., Nov. 2, 2017 at Faith Chapel Funeral Home South with Pastor Wade Rials officiating. Burial will follow in Bayview Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
