Here lies Marquis Taylor, beloved son of Randy Taylor and Haleema Muhammad, who unfortunately met his untimely demise on May 4, 2024, in Chicago, Illinois. He was born on October 28, 1989, and had no children to carry on his legacy.

Marquis was a graduate of Lew Wallace High School, class of 2009. He was known for his quick wit, infectious laugh, and love of good food. He had a passion for life and never missed an opportunity to crack a joke or make someone smile.

Although his life was cut short by a gunshot, Marquis will always be remembered for his larger-than-life personality and his ability to light up a room. He may be gone, but his memory lives on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
