Marquis leaves behind his beloved wife, Laura Caldwell, whom he married in 2006. Together, they have two beautiful children, Darrell Caldwell and Dimitri Caldwell. Marquis was a devoted husband and father who cherished his family above all else.

Marquis was the son of Darnell Caldwell and Shayna Brown. He grew up in Los Angeles, where he attended Washington High School. He was a dedicated student and excelled in his academics.

Marquis will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, and sense of humor. He had a passion for life and always had a smile on his face. He touched the lives of all who knew him and will be deeply missed.
