Mrs. Marguerite Aubin, 96 years young, resident of Thunder Bay, passed away peacefully at home with her children by her side on Sunday, February 5th, 2017. Marguerite was born on August 13th, 1920 in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. She married the love of her life, Louis Aubin, on June 15th, 1942 and spent 63 years together before his passing on June 5th, 2005. She graduated with honours from the College of Nurses of Ontario in September 1965 as a Registered Nursing Assistant. Upon her graduation she was employed at Dawson Court. Marguerite will be greatly missed by her children; Gerard Aubin (Ann-Marie), Arthur Aubin (Glenda), Lucille Ryden (Larry, deceased), Lucette Cianchette (Ken), Michelle Aubin (Daniel), Claudette Myllari (Raymond), 14 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, extended family and friends and her precious little dog Daisy. Marguerite will be greeted in heaven by her husband Louis, son Gerald, granddaughter Kathleen, her parents, brothers and sisters. Special thanks to Dr. Steve Klassen, Vicki (PSW) who dedicated 9 years, Corie, Paula and Donna (RNs), the staff of CCAC, Northwest Funeral Alternative and special friends Gail and Margo. A private family service has taken place.
