We are saddened to announce the passing of Mallory Preston on February 1, 2026, in Akron, Ohio. Mallory was born on June 11, 1979, to her loving parents Jack and Rita Whitten.

She married her beloved spouse Danny Preston in the year 23 with whom she shared many happy years. Although they did not have any children, their love for each other was evident to all who knew them.

Mallory attended North High School where she graduated in 1997. She had a passion for thrifting and farming, always on the hunt for unique treasures and tending to her garden with care.

Despite her battle with cancer, Mallory remained positive and always had a smile on her face. She touched the lives of many with her kindness and gentle spirit.

She will be deeply missed by her family and friends, but we take comfort in knowing that she is now at peace.

Rest in peace, Mallory Preston. You will always be remembered with love and fondness.
