Malik Browne, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and Philanthropist, passed away peacefully in his sleep on October 18, 2024, in Mobile, Alabama. He was born on February 18, 1936, to Thomas and Gwendolyn Browne.

Malik married his high school sweetheart, Vassie, in the year 25, and together they had three children: Fawn McPhee, Joshua Browne, and Tunji Browne. He adored his eight grandchildren, who brought him endless joy.

Malik was a dedicated Marine and served his country with honor. In his free time, he enjoyed making music and sharing his talents with others. His infectious laughter and positive outlook on life touched the hearts of everyone he met.

Malik will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, and unwavering love for his family. He leaves behind a legacy of compassion and joy that will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
