Luis Sparrow-Clark Sr., of Baltimore, Maryland, passed away on June 14, 2022, at the age of 98. He was born on March 13, 1924, to Woodrow Sparrow-Clark and Yaryna Pitoniak, both of whom have preceded him in death.

Luis is survived by his loving wife, Bobbie Sue Thompson-Sparrow, whom he married in 1970. Together they raised four children: Betsy Hunter His stepdaughter, Francisca Sparrow-Clark, Parker Von Stroke, and Duke Sparrow-Clark.

Luis spent his younger years studying at Paul Laurence Dunbar High School, where he graduated in 1942. He went on to further his education at John Hopkins University, graduating in 1947. He then pursued a career as a School Administrator, dedicating many years to the education system before retiring in 1990.

Aside from his professional life, Luis had a passion for spending time with his family, friends, and all those around him. He enjoyed creating memories and sharing special moments with those he loved.

Luis Sparrow-Clark Sr. will be remembered and deeply missed by his wife, children, grandchildren, and all those who knew him. He passed away so peacefully in his sleep at age of 98 at his residence. May he rest in peace.
