Lori Compton, 65, of Sheridan, Oregon, passed peacefully on Wednesday, April 29, 2020, surrounded by loved ones. Lori was born to Jim and Joy Beard, of McMinnville, Oregon on December 31, 1954. She married Bruce Compton on August 25,1989, and they lived together in Sheridan. 

Lori is survived by her husband Bruce, her parents Jim and Joy, her brother Gary Beard (Beth Beard) and sister Paula Beard. Lori is also survived by her 5 children: Derek Gerwig (Melissa Gerwig), Dustin Gerwig, Brittany Beyer (Glenn Beyer), Kailey Compton, Kyle Compton, and 8 grandchildren. Lori is proceeded in death by her son, Matthew Compton.
