Loretta Mildred, 69, of Fresno, California, United States, passed Thursday, April 11, 2019. Loretta was born February 19, 1950. Loretta was a beloved mother, sister, grandmother, wife, and a mother figure to generations of kids. Although she will sadly be missed her spirit is forever present and we know her guiding light of love will watch over us all for ever more.
