At age 85, Linda Brecht, of Springport MI was born on Jan. 14, 1932 to Arthur and Lucile Smith, and passed away on June 15, 2018. Linda married Harold Brecht on May 22, 1949. From this marriage three wonderful children; Robert Brecht, Harold(Bud) Brecht,& Becky Dixon.

Linda is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild, and her sister Penny Warden.  When not playing a homemaker for her family, she enjoys gardening, camping, but most of all she loved her family. A memorial service honoring Linda will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, June 16, 2018, at Pope United Methodist Church 11025 N. Parma Rd, Springport MI 49284.
