Leona L. Morone, beloved daughter, sister, mother, grandmother and friend, peacefully passed into eternal rest on January 31st, 2024, at the age of 57. Born on July 16th, 1966, to Fred and Martha Sheppard, Leona's life was a testament to love, strength, and unwavering devotion to her family. Leona leaves behind cherished memories and a legacy of love that will be forever treasured by those who knew her.

She is survived by her father, Fred Sheppard; and brother, Fred Sheppard Jr. Her profound love lives on through her children, Robert (Jessica) Sheppard, Rodney Cook, and Rachel (Jason) DeLatte. Additionally, she leaves behind a beautiful tapestry of grandchildren, Jailey Huthmaker, Kaylie Sheppard, Kaden Sheppard, Gabriel Cook, and Kaleb Sheppard.

Leona's life was marked by the profound loss of her beloved husband, Dan Morone, and the passing of her dear mother, Martha Sheppard. Though they have departed from this world, their memories remain etched in the hearts of those who loved them dearly.
