Kelly Mackey, 53, of Baltimore, Maryland, passed on June 23, 2021. Kelly was born on July 01, 1968 to Ernest Mackey, & Deborah Williston. Kelly leaves behind 3 siblings a younger sisters Kenya Mackey, and Yatiesha Mackey. A brother Omarh Mackey. He leaves his legacy behind to his two offsprings Emanuel Mackey, 26 & Emarni Mackey, 18. He lived a full life, he was well known In the NorthEast community for his love of music. If you saw Kelly you knew he loved music. He would usually be singing something everytime you saw him and was known for his favorite two step. Every event Kelly would have people dancing to R-Kelly song " step in the name of love" that was his song and he played it anywhere he went. He graduated from the great Clifton Park High School in 1986 and that's where he volunteered as a mentor to help youth males from his community .
