It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kaylee Wright, beloved daughter, sister, granddaughter, and friend. 

Kaylee was born on November 8, 2006 in El Paso, Texas to Rick Wright and Sarah Morvant. She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents Wilton Morvant, Louis and Maggie Cortez, and Enzo and Maxine Wright. 

Kaylee was a bright light who brought joy to those around her. She loved spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed sports, especially volleyball and softball. She enjoyed camping and spending time on the lake. She was a dedicated student and a diehard LSU fan. 

In addition to her parents Rick Wright and Sarah Morvant; Kaylee is survived by her siblings Tessa Wright, Gavin Wright, Kevin Huetig; grandparents Marty and Debbie Morvant, Louann Wright, Bob and Mary Jo Kuemper; stepmother Callen Huetig; great-grandparents Audrey Morvant; Jerry and Joyce Morgan; aunts Sherri Morvant, Lindsey Morvant, Nicole Wright; uncle Ben Benoit. 

A private funeral service will be held to celebrate Kaylee's life in accordance with her wishes. We take solace in knowing that Kaylee is an angel in Heaven just as she was on earth. She will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved her.
