Kathy Tate, 63, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on June 14, 2021. Kathy was born on January 17, 1958. She is preceded in death by her son, Jason Tate, her sister Tracy Warden Hinson, her parents Evelyn and Hayden Warden. She is survived by her husband Wayne Tate, her daughter Amy Dennis, her brothers Steve and Larry Warden, as well as her nieces and nephews; Hayley Burke, Matthew and Allison Hinson, Gary and Brad Warden. She loved to teach, and had a passion for the lord.

As a professor, Kathy decided to leave her body for medical science research. Keeping with Kathy’s giving spirit, her remains will be donated to a University. In lieu of a funeral, the family will hold a celebration of life on her farm, Tuesday, June 15th, 2021 at 4 pm.
