Karen Yvette Hill, also known as Ren, passed away peacefully on July 12, 2024, in her hometown of St. Paul, Minnesota. She was born on August 24, 1964, to her beloved parents, Darryl and Bessie Taylor.
Karen dedicated her life to caring for others as a certified nurse assistant. Her compassionate nature and sense of humor made a lasting impact on all those she encountered. She always had a smile on her face and a kind word of encouragement, often saying, "Hang in there" and "The Lord keeps me going."
Family was at the center of Karen's heart, and she cherished her role as a grandmother to her precious grandchildren. Nothing brought her more joy than spending time with them and showering them with love.
Karen leaves behind her loving spouse, Allen Kennedy, who supported her throughout their marriage. She is also survived by her children, Yvette Hill, Felisha Hill-Jackson, Logan Hill, and Amber Smith.
In addition to her immediate family, Karen is mourned by her parents, Darryl and Bessie, and her siblings.
Karen Yvette Hill will be remembered for her infectious laughter, caring nature, and unwavering love for her family. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
