Judith Smart, 66, of Columbus, Ohio, passed on September 22, 2023. She was born on May 13, 1957, in Newark, New Jersey. Judith attended Central High School. Judith is survived by her loving husband, Phillip Smart, and their children, Gina Smart, Christopher Smart, and Tina Moore. She was also a cherished grandmother to Alexis Moore, Dustin Moore, Trinity Edwards, Saquora Edwards, and Dayla Greer.
