We say goodbye to a truly remarkable woman, Josie Phillips, who passed away on June 5th, 2025, in East Los Angeles, California. Josie was born on July 6th, 1924, to her loving parents, Will Livingston and Joliliee.

During her lifetime, Josie touched the lives of many, including her two beloved children, Johnny Phillips and Barbara Phillips. She adored her family and was a proud grandmother to five grandchildren.

Josie dedicated many years of her life to working at Clifton's restaurant, where she brought joy to customers with her warm smile and delicious meals. In 1980, she retired from her career, leaving behind a legacy of hard work and dedication.

Aside from her career, Josie had a passion for cooking and playing cards. She loved to entertain friends and family with her culinary creations, and always enjoyed a good game of cards with loved ones.

Unfortunately, Josie's battle with diabetes eventually led to her passing. Despite this, her memory will live on in the hearts of all those who knew and loved her.

May Josie Phillips rest in peace, knowing that she was cherished and adored by so many. She will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.
