Joseph Reid, a beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away peacefully at the age of 56 in Toledo, Ohio on May 1, 2024. Born on May 31, 1967, Joseph brought joy and laughter to all who knew him.

Joseph was the son of Jack and Joedna Reid and shared 33 wonderful years of marriage with his loving wife Kelly, whom he married in 1991. Together, they raised four amazing children: Jessica (Aaron), Isaac (Dani), Sophia, and Dylan. Joseph adored his family and was always there to support and encourage them in all their endeavors.

Aside from his dedication to his family, Joseph was also known for his passion for carpentry. He could often be found in his garage carving things into cool pieces of wood. His attention to detail and craftsmanship were truly unmatched. His infectious sense of humor, and the ability to find laughter in even the toughest of times brought joy to all who knew him. 

Joseph will be deeply missed by all who knew him, but his memory will live on in the hearts of his loved ones. May he rest in peace, surrounded by the love and warmth he brought to the world.

A private celebration of Joseph's life will be held for the family. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Jed Foundation in Joseph's honor.
