Johnni MaeBlack, 70, of Charlotte, North Carolina, passed away on 06/14/2019. She was born to parents James Black and Georgia Black, on 03/24/1949 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
She graduated from Independene High School in the year of 1967 She went on to study Nursing at North Carolina A&T and graduated with Honors.
Johnni worked as a Nurse for 25 years. After 25 of service, She retired from what is now known as Novant Medica Center in 1992.
She enjoyed Johnni loved to sing and was always around help her family members. Seeing that she was a nurse she took the time to make sure her entire family was always as healthy as she claimed to be. She aint play no games! In Year of 1980, Johnni was recognized for being one of the most efficient and hardworking Nurses.
Johnni met Jimmy Black in 1970, was the year of love. Our favorite couple as you know them beat all odds while growing and learning in poverty and making a way for the family they didnt know they would have created. As for their love stories its one of the best youll ever hear. Eventually, in 1971 they got married! This is how you know it was love at first sight. In Charlotte, NC. Together they raised 5 Children, they both seperatly had a child from a previous relationship. That never changed a thing though! Their children are: Johnny Black (the eldest), Kit Black ( the youngest) Mason Black, Angel Black, Charles Black
The family has entrusted Alexander Funeral Home with the arrangements. A Event is scheduled for 06/21/2019 @ 3pm at Alexander Funeral Home. A reception will follow at Reception Location. Name of Officiant will officiate the ceremony.
