We are saddened to announce the passing of John Downing, who was born on July 6, 1954. He peacefully left this world on January 16, 2026.

John was a devoted father to his three children, Pamela, Julie, and Johnie. He adored his seven grandchildren, who brought him immense joy throughout his life.

John attended Robert E Lee High School and developed a passion for fishing and playing the bass. He loved spending his free time indulging in these hobbies, finding solace and relaxation in them.

Tragically, John's life was cut short due to a sudden heart attack. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
