Jeffrey was a loving guy he loved his 80s and 90s music he loved his work as a security guard he loved to help people he was pursuing a master's in criminal justice degree he loved helping people Jeffrey passed away it is home in Anoka Minnesota he is survived by his father James Ross Trenton Missouri brother Michael Ross Kirksville Missouri and preceded in death by his mother Janet girres
