Jason Carter, aged 45, of New Orleans, Louisiana, departed this world on December 13, 2023.

He is survived by his father, William Russell Carter, his only sibling, his sister, Alicia Marie Carter(Bari), two nieces and a nephew, whom also were his God-children, several aunts and uncles, the love of his life Justin, "His Baby" Murphy the cat, and many many cousins friends and acquaintances. He will forever be, in our thoughts and prayers.

Jason was preceeded in death by his mother, Darlene K Brennan of Decherd, TN. Also, both paternal grandparents: Mr. Edmond Allen Carter and Mrs. Lillian Emerline Allen (Carter). Also both maternal grandparents: Mr. David Randolph Brittingham and Mrs. Peggy Jeanette Travis(Brittingham). Three of Jasons first cousins also preceeded him in death. MAY THEY ALL REST IN PEACE.

Born in Tullahoma, TN on February 20, 1978, Jason brought joy and warmth to the lives of everyone he encountered. Recognized for his unwavering optimism and infectious laughter, and a smile that lit up every room he entered Jason spread a sense of cheer wherever he went. Growing up Jason persevered all through schooling with a perfect grade point average of 4.0. He loved gymnastics and was always up to date with the latest trends and style. A dedicated member of the community and eager to lend a helping hand to those in need, Jason was a business manager who worked in a public setting helping people with their communication needs and also coached several ball teams and taught gymnastics in his free time. His innate kindness and compassion alone touched countless lives, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of all who knew him. His presence will be deeply missed, but the memories he imparted will forever remain a cherished reminder of his beautiful soul.
