James entered this world on August 10, 1951, in Cleveland, Ohio. He was born to the late Henry and Dorothy Snyder and was the eldest of four siblings, who he always treasured dearly. Growing up in Cleveland, James developed a strong sense of community and a compassionate spirit that guided him throughout his life.

James was a pillar of his community, holding various leadership roles over the years. He dedicated his professional life as a lawyer, fighting tirelessly for justice and fairness. His charismatic personality and unwavering determination won him the respect and admiration of his colleagues and clients alike.
