James Roby, aged 71, of Chicago, Illinois, passed away on May 8, 2024, surrounded by his loving family. Born on March 11, 1953, to Willie Roby and Grandma Roby, James leaves behind a step daughter Keosha, who was the apple of his eye.

James attended Dusable High School and later went on to work at O'hare Airport, where he dedicated many years of service before his well-deserved retirement in 2001.

In his free time, James enjoyed watching sports, going for walks, and spending quality time with his friends and family. He was the life of the party and always knew how to make everyone around him laugh.

James will be remembered for his infectious smile, his kind heart, and his unwavering love for his family. He leaves behind one grandchild who will always cherish the memories they shared with their beloved grandfather.
