We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of James Cupp Sr., who was born on October 21, 1954, in Oxford, Alabama. He passed away on May 17, 2024, surrounded by his loving family.

James is preceeded in death by his beloved wife, Jeanene Cupp, whom he was married to for 23 years.. Together, they had one child, Nicole Edgeworth, who is married to Joe. James was a proud grandfather to two grandchildren, Whitney Allen (Jeremy) and Seth Folsom. He has five great grandkids.

James served in the Navy before retiring from his career. He had a passion for collecting and building model cars and was an avid fan of Alabama Football. He will be remembered for his dedication to his family, his sense of humor, and his kind heart.

James Cupp Sr. will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. May he rest in peace.
