Howard Webb Sr, 69, of Las Vegas, Nevada, got his wings Tuesday, August 11, 2020. Howard was born to Victor Webb, and Vera Lee Newton, February 16, 1951. In his early 20's Howard and a few of his siblings migrated to Las Vegas, Nevada where he met a beautiful young lady named Gail Day, from that first day he knew she was a fighter and he was going to change her last name.

They rode together for an amazing 43 years, married and commiteed to eachother for 23 of those....they lived together in Las Vegas, Nevada where they started a family. Howard is survived by 11 children: Shawn Phillips from a previous relationship, Clyde Toston, Shanika Webb, Howard Webb Jr, Crystal Webb, Bobby Webb, Howard Webb 3, Destiny Webb, Sharika Webb, Olivia Wiley, and Tyrese Mitchell... Howard is survived by 18 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild. He personally gave his blessing to each of his children who had spouses....Jaynell Toston, Harley Cantrell, Dez Webb, and Leyanna Cameei.
