Helen Davis Thompson-Childress, 71, of Midlothian, VA died Sunday, May 17, 2020, at St. Francis Medical Center. She was the daughter of Ernest Royal Davis and Mary Ethel Thompson. Helen is survived by half-brother Ernest Mitchell Davis; a son, Van W Thompson; a son, Bryon W Childress; a daughter, Linda J Monk (Childress); nine grandchildren, including Frankie, Kelly, Mathew, Jonathan, Joshua, Amanda, Erica, Richard and Michael; also, several great-grandchildren.

Visitation and funeral arrangements will be made once group gathering restrictions are lifted through the state.
