Hannah Belle Wiese age 21, of Woodbury, Minnesota, passed away tragically on Sunday June 09, 2019. Hannah was born to Scott and Deedra Wiese, August 27, 1997 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Hannah graduated from Freeport High School. Hannah worked at Hermanson Lemke Dental.

Hannah is survived by her Father Scott;Mother Deedra (Raney) Wiese;Brothers Andrew and Ryan;Sister Kyra.

Grandmother Beverly Wiese;Grandfather Rodney Raney along with many extended family and friends.

A Celebration of Life will take place on July 12th,2019 from 11am to 2pm, at Minnehaha Falls Park, Pavillion B. Located at 4655 46th Ave. South, Minneapolis, MN 55406
