Two years have passed by. We miss and grieve for the loss of our loved one. Hal is gone but he will return because he has a guarantee of resurrection to life with us again. According to God’s word the Bible, at John 5:28&29;, all those in memorial tombs and graves will come out to life again with us here. Hal is like Lazarus in that both have fallen asleep in death and like Lazarus, Hal will be greeted by his loved ones when he returns to life. Lazarus too will enjoy a second resurrection too but it will be much better in this way. Hal’s resurrection will be one of the features of kingdom rule under Jesus. Under its rule death, pain, sickness, sorrow will be gone and the original purpose for mankind will be accomplished. We will never lose Hal again. What a wonderful future ahead.

Hal has a secure future of life with us again. According to God’s word at John 5:28,29 Hal will be part of all those in the memorial tombs and graves that will be resurrected. In the Lord’s Prayer we pray for God’s Kingdom to come and his will to be done. What a wonderful part of that Kingdom rule to bring our loved ones back to us on a paradise earth. It’s God’s guarantee that Hal will be with us again!
