Glen Howard, 73, of Knoxville, Tennessee, passed on August 28, 2022. Glen was born on November 22, 1948 in Detroit, MI. The oldest born to the union of Johnnie & Alta Mae Howard. Glen loved his role as Big Brother to his sisters; Early Mae, Rita & Marilyn (proceeded him in death) brother Johnnie Jr. Glen graduated from Northwestern High School. Shortly after high school Glen met and married Beverly. Through this union he was blessed to beome the father of six, Derrick, Dershon, Danitta, Danieca, Deidra & Glen. Pursuing his love of people, Glen retired as a driver with James Cole Funeral Home in Detroit. Although "retired" Glen could never stay still, delivering & driving his mini vans companies like, The Detroit Newspaper, Detroit Taxi, NY Times and countless others. When he's not in the driver seat, you can find Glen in his favorite recliner chair floating on cloud 9 watching Jerry Springer, Maury and eating everything in the kitchen. He enjoyed many happy years with Lola and dog Candy both whom proceeded him in death. While eating all the sweets at Bethel Apostolic Temple, Love came looking for him, blessing a marriage with Angela. Anglea's gift for baking was Heaven Scent. Glen was blessed with 18 grandchildren, 31 great-grand children, nieces, nephews, cousins & friends to carry on his Legacy.
