Paul F. Powell was born August 8th 1955 in Memphis, TN and passed passed away after a short illness at his home April 7th, 2019. He was 63 years old. Paul attended Hamilton High School in Memphis after which he served in the US Navy. Paul worked in several professional capacities over the years before his disabilities caused him to retire. Paul is survived by his mother, Sylvia Cooper. Paul's oldest brother Tyrone Powell, preceded him in death, his next oldest brother Jerome Powell, a younger brother Steven Powell and a younger sister Toya Powell all live in Memphis, TN. He is also survived by his only child, Paula Monique Powell and twin 7 year old grandsons Paul and Patrick. Finally, he is survived by his aunts Melissa Cooper and Mary Jean Cooper of Memphis, TN and several cousin, nieces and nephews in Memphis, TN, Texas and New YorK.
