BULLOCK, Gladys M. Age 93 passed away Thursday, November 3, 2016 at Bethany Village in Centerville, Ohio.

Gladys was born on February 23, 1923 in Brooklyn, New York. She married her loving husband of over 65 years, Raymond, in September 1947. They raised 4 boys, retiring in the Lynchburg, VA area in 1983, where they enjoyed the blessings of close friends and good health. Gladys was a member of Timberlake United Methodist Church in Forest, VA before moving to the Dayton area in 2003, residing first at Sycamore Glen in Miamisburg, and for the past 8 years at Bethany Lutheran Village. Ray and Gladys were members at Normandy United Methodist Church in Centerville, Ohio. Gladys was a Master Bridge player, a lifelong church choir member, and enjoyed all things culinary. Her family is grateful for her loving and faithful example, as well as for the joy of life she and Ray displayed.

She is survived by her sons Michael A. (Beverly) Bullock, Christopher J. (Diane) Bullock, David P. (Paula ) Bullock, and Peter R. (Angela) Bullock; a brother-in-law, Edward (Joan) Bullock; grandchildren Clare Boyd, Noah Bullock, Lucy Bullock-Steiger, Christopher Bullock, Jenna Saliba, John Bullock, Seth Bullock, and Samantha Bullock; and great grandchildren, Isabella Bullock, Raymond Saliba, and Una & Bea Boyd.

The funeral will be at 11:00 Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-FAR HILLS CHAPEL, 5471 Far Hills Ave. at Rahn Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45429, Pastor Bob Ashburn officiating. Private interment at Dayton National Cemetery.
