Gerldine Thompson, lovingly known as "Ganny," left this world on August 10, 2023, leaving behind a trail of laughter and joy. Born on January 1, 1950, in Gaffney, South Carolina, Gerldine's life was filled with boundless enthusiasm and a contagious zest for living. Gerldine is survived by her daughters Nena Thompson Jamison (Wilbert Jaimson), Barbra Peeler ( Ulysses Peeler). 3 grandchildren Tynia Phillips, Ra'Heem Thompson, and Antwoin Thompson. Preceded in death by her parents William Thompson and Gertude Thompson. Also preceded in death by husband Tony Thompson.

Gerldine was a true lover of life's simple pleasures. She cherished spending time with her family and friends, sharing stories over a cup of coffee or enjoying a delicious home-cooked meal. She had a knack for bringing people together and creating lasting memories that will be cherished for generations to come.
