It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Freddy Reed, born on April 29, 1946, in Alexandria, Minnesota. Freddy peacefully left this world on May 7, 2024, surrounded by loved ones.Freddy was the beloved son of Huston Reed and Virginia Sjobeck, both of whom have already passed away. He is now reunited with his loving wife, Janice Reed, whom he married in 1970. Together, they raised two wonderful children, Michelle Ulrich (spouse Curtis Ulrich, passed) and Jason Reed. Freddy was also a proud grandfather to his precious grandchild.After graduating from Alexandria High School, Freddy pursued a career as a Machinist and served in the Army. In his free time, he enjoyed hobbies such as hunting, fishing, and camping.Freddy will be remembered for his quick wit, infectious laughter, and unwavering love for his family and friends. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.Rest in peace, Freddy Reed. May your spirit continue to hunt, fish, and camp in the great beyond.
