"Flo" Lashinski, 91St. CloudApr. 30, 1925 - Feb. 22, 2017Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 25, 2017 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in St. Cloud for Florentine A. "Flo" Lashinski age 91 of St. Cloud who passed away on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at her home at Benedict Court in St. Cloud. Reverend Thomas Knoblach will officiate. Burial will take place in Assumption Cemetery in St. Cloud.Family and friends may call from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Friday and after 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, all at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in St. Cloud. Arrangements are with the Daniel Funeral Home in St. Cloud. Parish prayers will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Friday at the church.Flo was born on April 30, 1925 in St. Cloud to James and Louise (Bachel) Woods. She married Dominic Wlaznak in 1945 in St. Cloud. He passed away in 1977.  She then married Frederick Lashinski in 1988 in St. Cloud.  Flo worked at Herberger's and Fingerhut. She was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church, Choir, Catholic United Financial, the Christian Mothers, and the V.F.W. Granite Post #428 Auxiliary.She enjoyed fishing, crossword puzzles, bowling, and music. Flo especially loved the time spent with her family.She is survived by her husband, Fred; children, Lin (David) Whiteman of Chaska, Ronald (Judy) Lashinski of South Haven, Maryrose Beasly of Roundup, MT, Gerard (Michelle) Lashinski of St. Cloud, Kathryn (Terry) Franzwa of St. Cloud; daughter-in-law Becky of Camdeton, MO; 21 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.Flo was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Dominic; children, Kathleen (Ken) Ponsness, Joseph Wlaznak; granddaughter, Elizabeth Lashinski; brother and sisters, Urban, Eugene, Edward, Albin, Clara Uderman, Marie Diedrich, Ethel, Louise Bauer, and Thomas.  A Special Thank You to the Staff at both Benedict Court and St. Cloud Hospital Hospice for all the care given to Flo.
