We are gathered here today to celebrate the life of Ernest Rhodes, who passed away on April 26, 2025, in Los Angeles, California. Ernest was born on December 16, 1962, to his parents Ernest Rhodes and Sharron Lee Rhodes.

Ernest is survived by his partner, Valencia Bell, as well as his three children: Sharron, Nichole, and Ernest. He also leaves behind five grandchildren.

Ernest was a graduate of J.C. Fremont High School, Class of 1979. He was known for his infectious laugh, love of old Western movies, and his talent for grilling the perfect barbecue ribs.

Although Ernest passed away from heart disease, we choose to remember all the joy and laughter he brought into our lives. May he rest in peace, surrounded by the love of his family and friends.
