Ernest Barker, 84, of Mobile Alabama, passed Thursday, March 16, 2017. He was born to Ernest Barker Sr., and Hattie May Crawford, August 27, 1932 in Mobile, Alabama. He married Evangeline Barker in 1956., and they lived together in Mobile.

Ernest worked at the Mobile Infirmary until he retired in 1995.

Ernest is survived by 5 children: Charles Barker (Ida barker), Claude Barker ( Bernadette Barker), Francis Taylor (Herman Taylor), Michele Barker, and Denice Williams (Jimmy Williams). He also is survived by 15 grandchildren: Schwanda Barker, Schmeka Barker, Noris Barker, Charles Barker jr, Rekeyshia Barker, Evangeline Bosley, Kenneth Bosley, Demarcus Taylor, Schvante Taylor, Claude Barker jr, Tanika Barker, Shelana Guy, Christy Mitchell-Pullum, Nefertiti Grimsley and LaTashia Williams.
