It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to Eddy Gonzalez, who passed away on September 2, 2025 in Charleston, West Virginia.

Eddy was born on June 8, 1962 to Gabriel and Elisa Gonzalez. He was a loving father to Shanae and Summer, and a proud grandfather to three grandchildren Zachary Arnett, Jasmine Powell and Aaliyah Hampton.

Eddy spent 30 years working in construction before retiring. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing and spending time with family and friends.

Despite his battle with lung cancer, Eddy always maintained a positive attitude and never failed to bring a smile to those around him.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him, but we take comfort in knowing that he is now at peace.

Rest in peace, Eddy Gonzalez. Your memory will live on in our hearts forever.
