Doris Brecheisen, 98 of Burnips, passed away November 2 and entered her heavenly home.Doris was born on June 20, 1918 to John and Margaret Hildenbrand. She was employed for many years at Vande Bunte Eggs in Forest Grove. Doris also was a member of LifeChange Community Church (formerly Burnips Wesleyan Church). She was preceded in death by her husband, Homer (Joe) in 1997; and two sisters, Marie and Irene.She is survived by her daughters, Karen and Ward Nyhuis of Zeeland and Elaine and Ron Zoet of Hamilton; grandchildren and great grandchildren, Chris and Melissa Nyhuis (Mikaylah, Keziah and Elijah), Julie and Shane Burch (Kayden and Olivia), Jill and Toby Parsons (Colton and Cassidy), Stacey and Scott Lubbers (Miles and Tensae) and Katie and Andrew Gent (Peyton, Landry and Tessa); her brother, Raymond and Eleanor Hildenbrand.A special thank you to Dr. Tattan, the staff of Heritage nursing home, Spectrum Hospice and friend Esther for the loving care and kindness you showed our mother.Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Thursday, November 3, 2016 at Yntema Funeral Home, 251 South State Street, Zeeland. A celebration of her life will be 2 p.m. Friday, November 4, 2016 at LifeChange Community Church, 3014 Newell Street, Burnips, MI 49314. Interment will be in Salem Township Cemetery.
