Diane Ducre , 73, of New Orleans, Louisiana, passed on April 16, 2023. Diane was born on September 6, 1945. She was the oldest of 2 children and she took her big sister role seriously. Diane graduated from Covington High School in St Tammy's Parish. She continued her education at Southern University of Baton Rouge where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with her business degree. Diane moved back to New Orleans and started her career as a Student Financial Advisor at University of New Orleans. Diane married Byron Leggett and from there they had 2 beautiful daughters Alison and Monica Leggett. Diane leaves cherished memories 2 daughters; Alison Leggett and Monica ( Malcolm)Walker. 5 grandchildren; Tiffany (Rueben) Ferguson of Dallas TX. Justin Leggett of Panama City FL, Jasmine, Jamantha and Malcolm. 10 great-grandchildren Jaydon, Raniyah, Jaylyn, TaMiaya, Messiah, Jakera, Kaziyah, Paris, Bella, Justice and Marley and a host of nieces and nephews and relatives and friends. Diane is proceeded in death by her Parents Clifton and Alberta Ducre and Sister Clemonce Frederick.
