It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Larry Green, who was born on May 5, 1961, in Cullen, Louisiana, United States. He passed away on December 10, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love and laughter.

Larry was the son of James Grover C Hawthorne and Ethel Blackgal Hawthorne. He was a devoted partner to Nell Frazier, and although they had no children of their own, they shared a bond that was unbreakable. He leave behind 2 step children (shonda and laveta Frazier) 3 sisters Cherylene Green “Purp”, Tammy Hawthorne Twales Hawthorne and 3 brothers Boyee Green, Tarcus Hawthorne and Danny Hawthorne with 2 uncles and 4 aunts special aunt (Genty) host of nieces and nephews

Larry will be remembered for his kindness, his sense of humor, and his unwavering loyalty to those he loved. He had a passion for life and a zest for adventure that was contagious to all who knew him.

His presence will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. May he rest in peace knowing that he was loved and cherished by many.
