It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Daniel Smith on October 31, 2024, in Akron, Ohio, United States. He was born on May 11, 1962.

Daniel leaves behind a legacy of love and dedication to his four children, Lucas, Dan Jr, Mitchell, and Adam. He was a proud father and grandfather to five grandchildren.

Daniel was a graduate of Goodrich High School, class of 1980. He was a hardworking and devoted individual who always put his family first.

Throughout his life, Daniel faced many challenges, but he always fought with courage and determination. Unfortunately, he lost his battle to cancer, leaving a void in the hearts of all who knew him.

Daniel will be remembered for his kind heart, sense of humor, and unwavering love for his family. He will be dearly missed and forever cherished in the memories of those who were fortunate enough to know him.
