Dalfred Haynes, 63, of Rapid City, South Dakota, passed on January 30, 2022. Dalfred was born on April 19, 1958, in Granite City, IL, the son of William Haynes and Christine (Brooke) Haynes. Dalfred graduated from Granite City High School, Class of 1976. Following graduation, he served in the U.S. Army. He married his high school sweet heart, Deborah Meadows. They celebrated 44 years of marriage in June of 2021. In addition to his parents, he was predeaceased by a brother, James; and two sisters Denova, and Cynthia. Surviving in addition to his wife, Deborah (Meadows) Haynes, are his daughter, Denia (Haynes) Murrin and her husband, Paul, of Rapid City; one grandchild, Olive Murrin; and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, February 3rd at South Canyon Lutheran Church, 700 S 44th St, Rapid City, SD.
