Cynthia "Cindy" Ann BaccusClarksville, TNCynthia "Cindy" Ann Baccus, 61, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Sunday, October 16, 2016, at Tennova Healthcare of Clarksville.Cindy was born on August 1, 1955, in Knoxville, TN to the late John Quincy Stephens and Juanita Ellis Stephens. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Dale Harrell and sister, Sara Barrett.Cindy was cremated and a Celebration of Life Gathering was held on Saturday, October 22, 2016, at her son's home attended by her family and friends. As per her request, Cindy was laid to rest next to her husband, Dale Harrell on Saturday, October 29, 2016.Cindy is survived by her lifetime partner, Dicky Martin; son, Thomas (Edwina) Baccus; step-daughter, Beth Martin; three brothers, Mike Stephens, John Stephens, and Kenny Stephens; and two grandchildren, Josh Baccus and Allie Baccus.Cindy will be greatly missed and was deeply loved by her family and many friends.Arrangements entrusted to Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home, 1510 Madison Street, Clarksville, TN 37040.
