He was born on June 19, 1991 in Bowling Green, Kentucky to Calvin Washer and Diana (Jeff) Yester Deutsch.He was the 2009 Valedictorian of Fox Fire High School. He had a great work ethic and a great sense of humor. Cody never met a stranger and touched a lot of lives.In addition to his parents he is survived by his Fiancée Hannah Lowery, a son Drayton Lowery, a daughter Adalyn Lowery, a brother Kevin Washer, two sisters: Leslie (Duane) Spencer and Natosha (Michael) Sowers.
