Clarence was a proud resident of Anniston, Alabama, where he spent his entire life. He was a loving father to his daughter Sharon Rutledge, who is survived by her spouse, Yvette Rutledge. Together, they raised three beautiful grandchildren who brought immense joy to Clarence's life.

Clarence was a dedicated student who attended Anniston High School, where he excelled both academically and socially. After completing his education, he felt called to serve his country and joined the Army, where he demonstrated courage and honor in defending the freedoms that we hold dear.
