Charlotte Ann SmithLANCASTER: Charlotte Ann Smith, 75, of Lancaster, passed away on Saturday March 25th, 2017 at the Fairfield Medical Center. Charlotte was born on May 18th, 1941 in Lancaster, Ohio to the late James and Juanita Evans. Charlotte loved the outdoors, especially gardening and taking care of flowers. She was also a caregiver; taking care of her father and sister in their time of need. Charlotte loved her dog, Patch. She loved spending time with all of her family, but most of all Charlotte enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Charlotte is survived by her sons; Keith (Mary Ann) Smith; Scott (Tammy) Smith and their son, Samuel; Eric Smith; and Darren (Christine) Smith and their sons, Jalen and Gage; her sister, Beverly Bradford; brother-in-law, Michael Smith; sisters-in-law, Shirley Evans, Sandy (Fred) Morris, and Connie Stover; along with many other family members.She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward E. Smith; brother, Charles Evans; and sister, Dana Tremper.Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 1st, 2017 at 11AM at the HALTEMAN-FETT & DYER FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Evan Saunders officiating. Friends may visit on Friday from 6-8PM as well as ONE HOUR PRIOR to the services on Saturday.
