Charles Holloway 65, departed this life on May 20, 2019. 

Charles leaves to cherish his precious memories the love of his life Edna Satterwhite, devoted daughters Tonia (Carl) McNeill and Kesha Satterwhite of Durham,North Carolina four grandchildren Quanisha, Carl, Brandon and Alecia. Four brothers; Zeb Evans (Edna) of Durham, NC, Eutie Wilson Jr. of Durham, NC, Robert Wilson of Pittsboro, NC, and Curtis Wilson (Hilda) of Mebane, NC. Five sister-in-laws; Nellie Evans of Raleigh, NC, Margaret Stone of Carrboro, NC, and Clara Wilson of Chapel Hill, NC. Two nephews; Clarence Hubbard and Wilbert Edwards. Two nieces; Aretha Hubbard, and Shirley Laney. 

In 1980 Charles joined the Marine Corps serving for 12 years after an injury Charles began helping local injured veterans. He leaves in memory his love, car collection and all of his wisdom he shared on a daily. 

The family wishes to extend a heartfelt and special thank you to Dorothy Tayborn who assisted in the care and comfort provided to Charles during his illness over the past four years.
